almostproductive:

My Fav.es is a “free, elegant, & customizable start page for your favorite web browser, iPad, or iPhone”. It’s awesome and definitely lives up to it’s description.

Above is a screenshot of how I use it. Even included are badges displaying the unread count for Google Reader and Gmail.
I also use the New Tab Redirect extension for Chrome so it brings me to this page every time I open a new tab. Awesome!

Looking great!

myfav.es

I just launched the latest version of fav4.org, which has now been renamed to myfav.es.

New to this version:

  • Ability to add more than 4 icons
  • Pick from a batch of custom icons and assign url
  • Choose icon colors (for custom icons)
  • Pick any letter of the alphabet to use as icon (for Casey)
  • New layout options
  • Seamless transition from fav4.org (Remembers settings)

There is still lots of room to grow and a few bugs to fix, but I’m really happy with how this thing is evolving. As always I have to give HUGE props to Jack, whose JS wizardry makes it all possible.

Let me know any suggestions!
