I just launched the latest version of fav4.org, which has now been renamed to myfav.es.
New to this version:
- Ability to add more than 4 icons
- Pick from a batch of custom icons and assign url
- Choose icon colors (for custom icons)
- Pick any letter of the alphabet to use as icon (for Casey)
- New layout options
- Seamless transition from fav4.org (Remembers settings)
There is still lots of room to grow and a few bugs to fix, but I’m really happy with how this thing is evolving. As always I have to give HUGE props to Jack, whose JS wizardry makes it all possible.

Add Search
Pick either the bottom center or top right of your browser, and the search engine of your choice. In the future we’ll add a widget to change search engines on the fly.
Toggle “Lights Out” Mode
Uses less energy! :)

Michael and I just launched a little site at fav4.org. You pick your favorite 4 websites, then set it as your homepage. That’s it!
I’ll be adding sites as people suggest them. Follow @fav4dot.org for updates.
