I just launched the latest version of fav4.org, which has now been renamed to myfav.es.
New to this version:
Ability to add more than 4 icons
Pick from a batch of custom icons and assign url
Choose icon colors (for custom icons)
Pick any letter of the alphabet to use as icon (for Casey)
New layout options
Seamless transition from fav4.org (Remembers settings)
There is still lots of room...
